FORMULA AND PROCESS
1: Ilona was pre-lightened with back-to-back foiling technique, weaving through each section. Formula for the pre lightening was Pure Brilliance powder lightener and 20 Volume mixed 1:2.
2: After processing, rinsing and shampooing, a toning formula was applied roots to ends. Formula used: 30g White + 10g 7C + 10g 9V with 5 Volume mixed 1:2.
3: After 20 minute developing time the toner was shampooed and conditioned with Innersense Colour Radiance hairbath and conditioner.
