Determination has a way of rewriting the narrative and Sarita Pittman has done just that. It pushes past obstacles, silences doubt, and creates space for new beginnings. This is not just a story of ambition—it is a testimony of strength, resilience, and the unshakable will to succeed against all odds. In a world where challenges often outweigh opportunities, rising above requires both courage and vision.
HH: You’re a powerhouse in business and leadership, but you always show up polished and confident. What role does your daily hair and beauty routine play in how you present yourself as a global thought leader?
SARITA: Man, you really know how to make a lady blush! I honestly just try to do my best to take care of myself. Over the last decade, my life has changed so much. I’m a mom of two now, and my daughter is a competitive dancer — which basically makes me her assistant! Just kidding, but really, my schedule revolves around my kids and husband. My husband is a second-generation car dealer who leads nearly 1,000 people daily, constantly traveling, expanding, and growing. With all of that, I have to approach self-care like a woman who’s balancing it all.
I focus on drinking plenty of water, exercising, eating clean, taking my vitamins, laughing out loud, staying calm, and controlling what I can control. That might not sound like a step-by-step beauty regimen, but it’s my reality. My hair is nearly down to my elbows, so I invest in great products, regular trims, and protective styles — especially after regrowing my hair following chemo, when I lost it all.

HH: Radiance Routine
Your skin has a natural glow that shines through in every appearance. Can you share your skincare routine or self-care practices that help you maintain that radiant look?
SARITA: Radiance Routine
I stick to makeup that’s lightweight and free of harsh chemicals, and I use skincare products that are gentle on my skin. Honestly, I also credit genetics — both of my parents are in their mid-70s with incredible skin. I avoid too much sugar and dairy, and I never touch my face.
Being a retired esthetician definitely helps. I worked with Aveda for many years and even helped develop rituals used in spas and salons. So when I don’t do what I know I should, the guilt kicks in immediately — it’s ingrained in me, and I can’t shake it.
HH: Brand & Image
As someone who coaches visionaries worldwide, how important do you believe personal image, style, and grooming are when it comes to building a strong personal brand?

SARITA: Brand & Image
These days, I’m not even sure grooming holds the same weight it used to. I grew up believing you had to look a certain way to be successful — and in many industries, that’s still true. My husband’s world as a corporate entrepreneur, for example, demands a polished image. But in other industries? Not so much. Just look at social media; people present themselves in all kinds of ways now, and sometimes I simply shake my head.
So, my honest answer is: it depends. Your industry and goals really determine how important image is. For me personally, I still value being well put together and modest. I believe there’s a time and place for everything — even if these days, people treat every time like any place.
HH: Marketing Wisdom
Your career has been built on empowering others with practical tools and strategies. What branding or marketing advice would you give to professionals in the beauty and lifestyle industries looking to elevate their influence?
SARITA: Marketing Wisdom
Promote, promote, promote! Never stop showing up. The people who show up are the ones who go up. You have to get your work out there and position yourself in front of your “soul mate” clients. Present yourself in a way that catches their attention.

Commit to excellence in everything you do. Keep sharpening your skills. Perfect your craft. Study trends — and then set your own. Be a leader. Speak like you’re already successful. Believe in yourself, your product, and your brand. And always keep improving. Go where your soul mate clients are and show up as exactly what they need you to be.
HH: Upcoming Projects
You’ve trained leaders across five continents and continue to expand your reach. What upcoming events, programs, or initiatives are you most excited about in the coming months?
SARITA: Upcoming Projects
In October, I’m hosting The Million Dollar You event — tickets are available at saritapittman.com. I’m beyond excited because it’s my first in-person event in six years!
I’m also involved in several community projects. Right now, I’m honored to serve as a Hard Hat Hero for Habitat for Humanity Savannah, helping to fundraise and raise awareness for their mission of providing affordable housing, financial literacy training, and vital services for hardworking families. That cause is very close to my heart.
On top of that, I’m relaunching my Life Coaching Certification program, which is huge for me. And trust me, there are even more exciting things in the works that I can’t wait to share.

HH: Beauty From Within
Faith and authenticity are at the core of who you are. How do your inner values and spiritual practices contribute to the youthful glow and confidence you exude on the outside?
SARITA: Beauty From Within
The phrase “I don’t look like what I’ve been through” is truly my reality. I work hard to stay positive and keep drama and foolishness out of my life. Because of that, I don’t just look happy — I am happy. Not because of what’s happening around me, but because I know Who makes it all happen.
Life is too short not to have joy. Even through the rough years I’ve faced, I’ve still chosen joy. So maybe the glow you see isn’t just skin deep — it’s the energy of inner peace and happiness radiating outward.
The journey is far from over, but the foundation has been set. With each bold step forward, the message is clear: obstacles are not stop signs, they are stepping stones. This story serves as proof that when resilience meets determination, there are no limits—only greater heights to reach.
