As a leader in carefully and ethically crafted hair extensions, Covet & Mane is proud to announce a multi-city immersive education tour for The Coveted Tape Collection, worn recently by celebrities including Ashley Graham and Elsa Hosk. Launched in April, The Coveted Tape has already become a stylist-favorite for its speed and customization abilities, garnering the attention of celebrity-stylists Justine Marjan and Danielle Priano.

The Coveted Tape Tour kicks off June 17, 2024 at the brand headquarters in New York City, featuring a demonstration session with celebrity stylist Graham Nation, who helped test and perfect The Coveted Tape during its creation.

The Coveted Tape Tour will allow attendees to learn about the unique tape-in extension innovation, watch installation and removal demonstrations from celebrity stylists, and ask questions directly to the expert Covet & Mane team. The Tape Tour events will bring a fun and elevated vibe to cities around the nation, featuring curated food and drinks, special giveaways, and gift bags. Attendees of New York City The Coveted Tape Tour will also earn a sneak-peek at The Coveted Tape textured line launching in mid-June.

“The Covet & Mane® team is thrilled to showcase the limitless possibilities The Coveted Tape offers stylists of all levels across the country” said Founder & CEO Dafina Smith. “There is no better way to learn than with hands-on, in-person education. The Tape Tour will provide not only that, but a fun and elevated experience for stylists to experience our brand and high-quality extensions.”

The Coveted Tape extension design represents a new era of excellence for tape-in extensions. It consists of one continuous weft that can span from temple-to-temple, combining the invisibility and curtain effect of hand-tied extensions with the convenience and speed of tape-ins. The Coveted Tape features a unique adhesive technology that balances optimal durability and flexibility, and is designed to withstand any weather or humidity conditions. The collection also offers a mess-and-damage-free removal process with Covet & Mane Extension Release Solution, eliminating damage to hair other tape-in sealants create. The unique, single-weft design ensures the weight of the extension is distributed evenly across the scalp, minimizing tension and maximizing styling potential.

With an application time of less than 30 minutes and a speedy removal of 5-10 minutes, The Coveted Tape maximizes salon revenue and experimentation opportunities. While The Coveted Tape is one continuous 11.5” tape-in weft, it can be cut into smaller sections to create unique styles, like Ashley Graham’s pixie-fringe bangs at the Met Gala styled by Justine Marjan.

The Coveted Tape hair extensions by Covet & Mane come in 18″ & 22″ lengths and 12 shades, including the popular Laguna Blonde Baby Root, Bondi Blonde and Newport Blonde. The Coveted Tape is one continuous weft 11.5” in width with 50 grams of density. A full install requires two wefts. The Coveted Tape is currently available by application for stylists here.
