August marks National Hair Loss Awareness Month a time to shed the stigma and face the truth: hair loss isn’t just a “men’s issue.” In fact, research shows that by age 50, nearly 40% of women experience female pattern hair loss. Beyond aesthetics, hair thinning can chip away at self-esteem and impact overall wellness. But with today’s advanced, science-driven treatments, regrowth and restoration aren’t just possible—they’re personal. Recently we had the pleasure to catch up with Reena Gray for some much needed hair restoration education.
HH: What hair loss treatments do you offer?
Reena: We offer PRP (platelet-rich plasma) therapy, PDGF (platelet derived growth factors) prescription-based topicals, and combination treatment plans that address the root causes of hair thinning. Each treatment is backed by science and tailored to your individual needs.
HH: Who can benefit from your hair loss services?

Reena: Anyone experiencing thinning hair, shedding, or a receding hairline can benefit — both men and women, and even those in early stages of hair loss. The sooner we start, the better the results.
HH: How do you personalize hair loss care for each client?
Reena: We start with a thorough consultation to understand your health history, lifestyle, and hair goals. We also collect DNA samples and send them to the lab, that tells me exactly the source of the hair loss and what each patient needs to be successful. From there, we build a plan that combines in-office treatments with at-home care so you get consistent, lasting results.
HH: What’s one thing people should know about hair loss?
Reena: Early intervention is key. Once hair follicles are dormant for too long, they can’t be revived — so starting treatment at the first signs of thinning gives you the best chance of success.
HH: What does wellness mean to you?
Reena: Wellness is about feeling your best (whole-listically) physically, mentally, and emotionally. In aesthetics, that means supporting your confidence, your skin health, and your overall sense of self-care.
