ICYMI: Ulta Beauty showed up to Premiere Orlando 2025 in a big way, with a mission of supporting attending service providers with top-tier education, as well as celebrating the artistic talents of their own network of stylists at this year’s edition of the North American Hairstyling Awards.
On the Show Floor
Orange tote bags could be seen on every arm as Premiere’s 50,000 attendees roamed the Orange County Convention Center halls and show floor. At Ulta’s massive booth, immediately noticeable was their education space where rotating groups of stylists followed instructors through hands-on demos via individual headsets, silent disco style. It seemed like the perfect solution to holding detail-oriented classes on a bustling show floor.
On the mainstage, members of the Ulta Beauty Pro and Design Teams discussed and demonstrated techniques around the biggest trends in hair.
In addition to education right there on the show floor, Ulta’s booth also featured service providers offering brow waxing and ear piercing, a podcasting area, and their notable Hall of Fame. Ulta Beauty’s Hall of Fame wall recognizes top-performing service providers within their vast network with a photo and placard for each.
In the Classrooms
Ulta hosted their own dedicated classroom within the convention halls, where members of Ulta Beauty Design Team taught an array of educational sessions open to all attendees.
Topics of these classes ranged from optimizing your services for maximum profit to elevating artistry, and some were even held in Spanish by Beto Sanchez, Luis Rodriguez and Ana Remon. Details like this make it clear that Ulta’s primary focus is their artists.
At NAHA
Several Ulta Beauty artists proudly represented their career family through stunning, artistic hair collections, showing up dressed in their best to the North American Hairstyling Awards. We certainly enjoyed chatting with the honorees on the NAHA Red Carpet prior to the award ceremony, and we loved hearing all about what inspired their various collections.
Congratulations to the following Ulta Beauty team members for their outstanding work, which earned them coveted NAHA finalist nominations:
- Janelle Eyre (@jeyre.hair), Haircolor
- Sean Godard (@seangodard), Haircolor
- Galyna Poczciwinski (@ufirami), Styling & Finishing
- Vernon Francois (@vernonfrancois), Styling & Finishing
- Gilad Goldstein (@myguiltycrown), Haircutting
- Vernon Francois, Editorial
- Vernon Francois, Texture
One of the most exciting parts of the evening was seeing Vernon Francois take home the NAHA win in the Texture Category. His Ulta Beauty family, whom he thanked in his acceptance speech onstage, was clearly beaming with pride. We’d like to extend a hearty congratulations to Vernon and the entire Ulta Beauty team for this momentous victory!
